For the first 12 months after purchase, all replacement parts are provided at no charge. After the first year, you can contact us at any time and receive replacement parts for a flat $100 fee plus shipping. Can I attach my own headboard to the Flexabed?

No. A headboard cannot be attached to the bed frame. If you would like a headboard, mount one on the wall behind the bed. Any headboard will work for this.

The product photo shows a headboard. Is it included?

No. The headboard in the photo is mounted on the wall behind the bed to show the finished look. It is not part of the bed and does not attach to it. You can use any wall-mounted headboard of your choosing.

What do the casters do?

The casters raise the bed an additional 2.25 inches off the floor.

How high is the bed from the floor?

It depends on the mattress you choose, whether the bed is on leg pads or casters, and where the hi-low is set. The hi-low raises the bed 7.5 inches from its fully lowered position, and casters add 2.25 inches over leg pads.

I only need one side rail. How do I know whether I need the right or the left rail?

Right and left are from the perspective of the person lying in the bed. Lie on your back and the rail on your right-hand side is the right rail.

How thick are the mattresses?

The low profile mattress is about 5 inches thick. Every other mattress we offer is 9.75 inches thick.

Which mattress is the most comfortable?

That depends on what you already like to sleep on:

• If you prefer a traditional spring mattress, choose the Innerspring.
• If you prefer a foam mattress, choose the Latex Core.
• If you like a combination of the two, choose the Innerspring/Memory Foam Combo.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes, through Klarna. Select Klarna as your payment option at checkout and you will be taken to Klarna’s website to see which plans you qualify for.

Can I pay with two credit cards?

Yes. Contact us and we will split your order into two transactions and email you a secure payment link for each one.

My credit card was declined. Can I pay another way?

Yes. We can arrange payment by electronic transfer from your bank. Contact us and we will set it up with you.

Do you accept insurance?

No, we do not accept insurance.

Do you offer a military discount?

No, we do not currently offer a military discount.

I need two beds. Can I get a discount for buying more than one?

Yes. Contact us and we will email you a quote for two or more beds.

How will I know when my bed will arrive?

Your bed is delivered by a white glove delivery service. Here is how it works:

1. We email you as soon as your bed ships.
2. The bed takes 7 to 14 days to reach the white glove delivery service in your area.
3. Once the bed arrives there, the delivery service will call or text you within 24 to 48 hours to schedule your delivery.

Please note that we are unable to track the bed once it has shipped, so the delivery service’s call or text is your notice that delivery is ready to be scheduled.
