At LifeMedUSA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • You will need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@lifemedusa.com. Please note that:

  • Returns must be sent back to the manufacturer, and the cost of return shipping will be your responsibility.
  • A 25% restocking fee applies to most items. If you’re unsure whether this applies to your product, please reach out for clarification.

If your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how to send your package back to us. Please note: items sent back without prior return authorization will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.


Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants).
  • Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).
  • Personal care goods (such as beauty products).
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

We also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

To expedite the process of getting the item you want, we recommend returning the item you have, and once the return is accepted, placing a new order for the replacement item.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you are entitled to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days, for any reason, with no justification required. The item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging, along with the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take additional time for the refund to be posted to your account.
