Order Confirmation & Processing

Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirms that we have successfully received your order in our system and that your credit card has been pre-authorized for the purchase.

Immediately after receiving your order, we reach out to our suppliers to verify that the items are in stock and ready for shipment.

In Stock Items

If your item is available for immediate shipment, we will process the charges to your credit card and submit your order for shipment.

Backordered or Unavailable Items

If an item is on backorder or unavailable, we will cancel the pre-authorization and notify you via phone or email as soon as possible.


Order Shipment & Tracking

Once your payment is processed, your order will ship, and orders are delivered within 5-7 business days from the shipment date.

We will send you tracking information via email within 24-48 hours of your order leaving our warehouse. If you have not received tracking information within 2-3 business days of submitting your order, please feel free to contact us at support@lifemedusa.com, and we'll assist you promptly.
