Additionally, we offer lifetime technical support at no cost.

If you experience any quality issues during the warranty period that are easily repairable, we will provide replacement parts free of charge, along with step-by-step instructions through pictures and videos.

In the rare event that a problem is unfixable, we will promptly send you a new machine as a replacement, at no cost to you.

Durability:
The chamber is built to last, with a lifespan of up to 10 years.

Anti-Virus System:
Our advanced anti-virus system effectively disperses anions that eliminate tiny 2.5-micron dust particles (PM2.5), ensuring cleaner air within the chamber. Additionally, a water nano technology sterilizer removes bacteria, strong odors, and viruses, making it ideal for disinfecting commercial spaces like therapy centers and clinics.

Air Filter Maintenance:
We recommend replacing and cleaning the air filters every 6-12 months, depending on usage frequency. The hyperbaric unit comes standard with two filters.

Customization Options:
You can customize the chamber by choosing your preferred color and adding your own logo at no extra cost. Custom logos may take an additional week to produce, and we recommend submitting them in AI or PSD format.

Installation Requirements:
Installation of the Airvida hard hyperbaric oxygen chamber is straightforward. Simply connect the wires and tubes from the operating unit to the chamber tank, and you’re ready to go—no special processes are required.

Self-Operation:
Yes, you can easily operate and control the hyperbaric chamber from inside.

Clothing Requirements:
No special clothing is needed, as the Airvida Elite operates safely with both air and oxygen, posing no fire risk.

Electronics Usage:
You can safely use electronics inside the hyperbaric chamber.

Operating Pressure:
This unit functions at a pressure of 1.5 ATA, which is approximately 22.044 pounds per square inch.

Airvida chambers have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it,  unused, with tags, and in its original packaging with no signs of any setup. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase (Order number or first/ last name)

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned: custom products (such as special orders or personalized logos on chambers or machines). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Steps Of a return / refund:

Return label: Customer will download/ print return label which (Free Download). 

Restocking fee: 10% to cover shipping fees, restocking, and inspection fees

Return Shipping: Customer will be responsible for return shipping costs

Exchanges

We accept exchanges. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds/Returns

In the case of a return, the Customer is responsible for shipping costs to their address, and back to our warehouse. 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
