Med-Mizer, Inc. provides the following warranty to the original purchaser:

Lifetime: Welds

15 Years: Bed frame

2 Years: Drive system

1 Year: Wood components, casters, handsets, and miscellaneous parts

Warranty Coverage

Med-Mizer guarantees its products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship during the warranty period. At its sole discretion, Med-Mizer will either:

Supply replacement parts, or

Replace any product deemed defective.

Exclusions

This warranty does not cover failures caused by:

• Negligence, accidents, or abuse
• Improper installation not in accordance with the company's instructions
• Failure to follow maintenance guidelines

Return Policy for Warranty Claims

• If requested, defective products or parts must be returned prepaid to Med-Mizer’s factory for evaluation.
• Any improper use, alteration, or unauthorized repairs that, in Med-Mizer’s judgment, materially affect the product will void the warranty.

Diagnosis and Resolution:

If there is an issue with the bed within the warranty period, the customer must schedule a consultation call to diagnose the issue.

If parts are required to resolve the problem, Med-Mizer will provide them at no cost to the customer.

Parts Replacement:

Warranted parts will be shipped free of charge and will include a return label for the non-conforming part.

Technician Services:

If a service technician is requested by the customer, an upfront fee must be paid via credit card prior to dispatch.

Note: The average cost for a technician is $150 per hour.
