The Model V design is centered on the safety and comfort of those with limited mobility.
It safely supports up to 300 lbs. and features a large, height-adjustable, 18” x 20” captain’s seat.
The seat is equipped with a lab belt for enhanced safety. It also reclines for comfort and swivels for easy transfers into and out of the seat.
Additionally, this front wheel drive electric chair seat has two padded armrests on each side and a flip up footplate.
Both adjust in height, width, and angle to provide personalized seating for most adults.
The Vive Health Model V is ideal to navigate around your home thanks to its tight 25” turning radius and 2.5” ground clearance.
It is also suitable for level outdoor surfaces like concrete or pavement, as well as those with a gentle incline.

All returns must be made inside the product's warranty window.
In the scenario of an issue with a product, a Life Med USA product expert might require photos or videos for a refund request to be considered.
Customers may be required to pay cost of return label + restocking fee*
All purchases have a 15-day return window.
Customer is responsible for the return label, Life Med USA can issue a label but the cost will be taken out of the reimbursement.
An item must first be returned and received before an exchange or refund is processed .
If a return is not received by the carrier within 15 days after the request has been approved we will consider the item as not returned and a refund will not be processed, or we will have to charge for the cost of the replacement sent to the customer.
A return must be authorized by our support team in order to be eligible for a return. Troubleshooting MUST be done before authorizing a return/exchange/replacement.
Customers must report any issues with any product within the first 30 days of purchase. If any defects or damages at arrival are not reported within the first 30 days, the above warranties will not apply.
Any products that may come into contact with bodily fluids are not able to be returned when opened due to health risks. Products include but are not limited to bathroom safety, braces, mattresses, pads, cushions. Any item that falls under one of these categories will be reviewed using a predetermined set of formal requests and documentations before having the potential to qualify as returnable. This policy is in place for the health and well being of our employees, thank you for understanding.
