1. Question: Does this scooter come pre-assembled or do I need to assemble it myself? Is it difficult?
Answer: This scooter requires assembly, but assembly is extremely simple.
2. Question: What type of tires does this 4-Wheel scooter have? Foam or air-filled?
Answer: This scooter features flat-free tires that are extremely durable and non-marking so that they do not damage any indoor surfaces while in motion.
3. Question: Can this 4-Wheel Mobility Scooter be used in reverse so I can back it into a spot?
Answer: This scooter does feature reverse drive, which is great for backing out of elevators, hallways, or other tight areas. It does not require any tools.
Purchase must have been made directly with Life Med USA.
All returns must be made inside the product's warranty window.
In the scenario of an issue with a product, a Life Med USA product expert might require photos or videos for a refund request to be considered.
Customers may be required to pay cost of return label + restocking fee*
All purchases have a 15-day return window.
Customer is responsible for the return label, Life Med USA can issue a label but the cost will be taken out of the reimbursement.
An item must first be returned and received before an exchange or refund is processed .
If a return is not received by the carrier within 15 days after the request has been approved we will consider the item as not returned and a refund will not be processed, or we will have to charge for the cost of the replacement sent to the customer.
A return must be authorized by our support team in order to be eligible for a return. Troubleshooting MUST be done before authorizing a return/exchange/replacement.
Customers must report any issues with any product within the first 30 days of purchase. If any defects or damages at arrival are not reported within the first 30 days, the above warranties will not apply.
Any products that may come into contact with bodily fluids are not able to be returned when opened due to health risks. Products include but are not limited to bathroom safety, braces, mattresses, pads, cushions. Any item that falls under one of these categories will be reviewed using a predetermined set of formal requests and documentations before having the potential to qualify as returnable. This policy is in place for the health and well being of our employees, thank you for understanding.

Will be charged 30% restocking fee on any item returned (30% of return price)
Cancellations
We try to ship orders as fast as possible.
We are happy to cancel your order if your shipment has not already been processed.
To cancel, please contact our customer support ASAP or your Sales Representative. All requests must be made within 2 hours of placing your order.
If an order has been processed, we will try to contact the carrier to stop the shipment or you will have to proceed with the return as outlined above.
