To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@lifemedusa.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent back to the manufacturer and you will need to pay for the return shipping. There is also a 30% restocking fee on most items (please ask if you are unsure). Returns past 30 days will only be accepted on a case by case basis at the sole discretion of LifeMed USA management and subject to a 50% restocking fee on all equipment. All restocking fees and shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return (unauthorized returns) will not be accepted.

Cancellation Policy

When you place an order with LifeMed USA, often it ships the same day from the warehouse within hours of the order being placed. If you cancel an order when goods are already in transit with the shipping provider, then a 20% cancellation fee, plus an additional 10% restocking fee and shipping costs will apply in addition to the cancellation fee. This is necessary because the item has already been, picked, packed, shipped and has left the warehouse on a shipping vehicle.
