• Ocean Shipping: 4 weeks for transit.

• Tracking: Once your chamber ships, you’ll receive vessel details to track it across the ocean. After arrival in the U.S. and customs clearance, we’ll send you a trucking tracking number. At that stage, the delivery team will contact you directly to schedule a drop-off date and time.

Delivery Options

We provide two convenient delivery methods:

Standard Delivery (Free): The trucking company delivers the crated chamber to your location. You are responsible for offloading, uncrating, and moving it into place.

White Glove Delivery: We manage everything for you — offloading, uncrating, moving the chamber into its final location, setup guidance, and complete cleanup.

Your purchase is backed by a Three-Year Warranty and Lifetime Maintenance Support.

• Three-Year Coverage: If any defect in materials or design occurs under normal operation within the first three years, we’ve got you covered.

  • For simple issues, we’ll ship replacement components free of charge and guide you step by step on how to make the repair.

  • For complex issues that can’t be easily repaired, we will send you a new chamber or machine at no additional cost.

• No Returns Required: You won’t need to send the machine back. Photos or a video of the issue are sufficient for our team to analyze and provide a solution.

• Lifetime Maintenance: Beyond the warranty period, you’ll continue to receive lifetime technical support to keep your chamber performing at its best.
