Full Two-Year Warranty (one-year on remote control): Charme Adjustable Beds are warranted against defects in workmanship or materials for a period of two years from the date of purchase. Charme Inc. will repair or replace any defective part at no cost to the purchaser. Remote control is entitled to a one-year warranty.
Five-Year Warranty on Motor: During the second through fifth years from the date of purchase, Charme Inc. will replace the motor found to be defective. Purchaser shall pay all service and shipping costs related to the replacement of the defective parts.
Ten-Year Warranty on Frame: During the second through ten years from the date of purchase, Charme Inc. Will replace metal frames found to be defective. Purchaser shall pay all service and shipping costs related to the replacement of the defective parts.
