The limited warranty covers failures due to defects in material or workmanship on the product.

Wheels, seat, storage pocket, and other parts subject to normal wear & tear are not covered under the limited warranty.

The limited warranty starts from the original date of purchase and is only applicable to the original purchaser of the product.

Proof of purchase is required to receive any services guaranteed as part of the limited warranty.

The limited warranty does not apply to refurbished products or products that were resold by unauthorized resellers.

The limited warranty does not cover defects found to result from improper or unreasonable use or maintenance of the product; accidents caused by the user (including but not limited to liquid spills, scratches, and tears/rips); failure to read, comprehend, and follow all warnings & instructions; or unauthorized alterations or modifications to the original product.

The limited warranty does not provide refunds, returns, or exchanges under most conditions. Product replaced under the limited warranty may be replaced with a brand new or factory refurbished product. If the defective product is discontinued, end of life, or out of stock, Reyhee will issue a replacement product of equivalent value or features.
