Compliant with CE, UL, and CSA Standards, these screeners adhere to the following regulations in various regions: In Europe, they meet EN 60601-1 and IEC 60601-1, 3rd edition, Class I standards, as well as Annex IX of MD D 93/42/EEC. For the USA, they adhere to AAMI ES 60601-1 standards. In Canada, they meet CSA-C22.2, No. 601.1-M90 standards as Class I Devices, and are part of the CB Scheme under IEC 60601-1. Compact and Portable: Designed to be compact and easily portable, with an optional carrying case equipped with wheels for convenient transportation.

Ergonomic Design: Features a unique design that accommodates both adults and children, allowing for comfortable testing whether standing or seated.

Versatile Testing: Capable of conducting tests at 20 feet (6m) for FAR (Far Acuity Recognition) and 14 inches (35cm) for NEAR vision. Offers a diverse range of 16 tests including visual acuity, muscle balance (horizontal and vertical phoria), depth perception, color perception, and binocular vision. Total of 16 tests per vision screener (based on slide set selected)

Optimal Illumination: Equipped with a fluorescent light source that enhances slide illumination, replicates actual daylight conditions, and provides true color testing. The light source offers extended service life, lasting up to 10,000 hours.

User-Friendly Controls: Incorporates built-in membrane switches for easy operation, including a manual wheel to advance test slides and controls to occlude each eye and activate peripheral vision test lights.

Comfort Features: Includes a soft foam headrest to ensure correct head position during testing, which is also easy to clean for hygiene purposes.

Head Sensor: Features an electronic check to verify correct head position, ensuring accurate test results. If the head is incorrectly positioned, the patient cannot see the tests.

Peripheral Vision Assessment: Allows for peripheral vision testing in the horizontal visual field at angles of 85°, 70°, 55°, and nasal 45° for each eye.

Intermediate or Plus Lenses (Optional). Five additional lenses are available to identify vision problems at actual working distance (intermediate vision) of 19, 22, 26, 32 and 40 inches (50, 57, 67, 80 and 100 cm). Plus lenses with values of +1.00, +1.50, +1.75 and +2.25 are also available for testing children’s vision.

Product has a warranty for a period of two (2) years against defects in materials and workmanship from date of purchase. Warranty includes the light module.

To receive consideration for warranty repair or replacement procedures, product must be returned in its original packaging. If original packaging is not available, this can be obtained from Titmus at a nominal cost. It is necessary to obtain Return Authorization Number from Titmus prior to shipment. This warranty does not cover accessories or damages sustained in transit, or as a result of the buyer’s misuse, neglect or carelessness, or by events beyond the control of Titmus.
